These terms and conditions of Use (hereinafter referred as “Terms of Usage”) describe and govern the User’s use of the content and services offered by XTENSU SOFTTECH SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. through www.tooheal.com

Updation

The Website may update/amend/modify these Terms of Usage from time to time. The User is responsible to check the Terms of Usage periodically to remain in compliance with these terms.

By accessing this website or booking any service, you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use TooHeal if you do not agree with any of the terms stated here.

Services Offered

TooHeal provides the following services:

• Peer-to-Peer Support Sessions: Empathetic conversations between individuals for emotional support. These are not therapy .

• 1-on-1 Therapy Sessions: Sessions conducted by therapists/counselors onboarded on the TooHeal platform.

Important: TooHeal is not a crisis intervention platform. If you are in an emergency, experiencing suicidal thoughts, or require urgent medical help, please call your local emergency number immediately.

Therapist Independence

Therapists listed on TooHeal are independent professionals and are not employees of TooHeal. While TooHeal verifies their submitted qualifications, TooHeal does not control or influence the advice, methods, or outcomes.

Users agree that TooHeal is a facilitator and not responsible for any direct or indirect outcomes of therapy sessions.

Confidentiality & Privacy

All therapy sessions are private and confidential, subject to exceptions under the law (such as risk of harm to self/others, or legal requirements). TooHeal is committed to protecting user data as per its Privacy Policy

Fees, Refund & Rescheduling

• Peer-to-Peer Sessions: Fees are non-refundable.

• Therapy Sessions: Once booked, therapy session fees are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling may be allowed if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, subject to therapist availability. Missed sessions without notice will be considered as availed.

User Responsibilities

By using TooHeal, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or using the service under parental/guardian consent if below 18).

• You will not use the platform for unlawful activities.

• You understand that peer sessions are supportive conversations and not professional advice.

• You will not hold TooHeal liable for outcomes of sessions.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights are reserved.

Limitation of Liability

TooHeal does not provide emergency services. Therapy sessions are delivered by independent professionals, and peer sessions are supportive in nature.

TooHeal shall not be liable for:

• Any medical or mental health outcomes.

• Decisions taken by Users based on advice or conversations on the platform.

• Service interruptions, delays, or external circumstances beyond its control.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.
