These terms and conditions of use (the "Terms of Usage") describe and govern your use of the content and services offered by XTENSU SOFTTECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED through tooheal.com (the "Website").

Updation

The Website may update, amend, or modify these Terms of Usage from time to time. You are responsible for checking the Terms of Usage periodically to remain in compliance. By accessing this Website or booking any service, you accept these Terms of Usage. Please do not continue to use TooHeal if you do not agree with any of the terms stated here.

Services offered

TooHeal provides 1-on-1 therapy sessions — private sessions conducted by therapists and counsellors onboarded on the TooHeal platform. TooHeal also operates therapist-led Support Circles (group sessions) as a separate service.

TooHeal is not a crisis service. If you are in an emergency, experiencing suicidal thoughts, or need urgent medical help, call your local emergency number immediately, or in India call Tele-MANAS on 14416 (free, 24×7).

Therapist independence

Therapists listed on TooHeal are independent professionals and are not employees of TooHeal. While TooHeal verifies their submitted qualifications, TooHeal does not control or influence the advice, methods, or outcomes of any session. You agree that TooHeal is a facilitator and is not responsible for any direct or indirect outcomes of therapy sessions.

Confidentiality & privacy

All sessions are intended to be private and confidential, subject to exceptions under the law (such as risk of harm to self or others, or legal requirements). TooHeal is committed to protecting your data as set out in the Privacy Policy.

Fees, refund & rescheduling

Once booked, therapy session fees are non-refundable.
Rescheduling may be allowed if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, subject to therapist availability.
Missed sessions without notice will be considered as availed.
If a payment is completed but a confirmed session cannot be honoured (for example, a technical conflict), TooHeal will refund that payment in full.

User responsibilities

You are at least 18 years of age, or are using the service under parental/guardian consent if below 18.
You will not use the platform for any unlawful activities.
You will conduct yourself respectfully towards therapists and staff.
You will not hold TooHeal liable for the outcomes of any session.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Website and its content are reserved to XTENSU SOFTTECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors.

Limitation of liability

TooHeal does not provide emergency services. Sessions are delivered by independent professionals. TooHeal shall not be liable for:

Any medical or mental health outcomes.
Decisions taken by users based on advice or conversations on the platform.
Service interruptions, delays, or external circumstances beyond its control.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.
